The hotel lacks basic amenities such as iron, tea/coffee making facilities, and cable TV.

The pool at the hotel was really nice and provided a great place to relax and cool off during our weekend stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our experience more pleasant. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city centre and other amenities.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options at the hotel. There wasn't much variety and the quality of the food wasn't up to our expectations.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive venue that fulfilled all my needs. the services provided by the spa and wellness centre were exceptional, with treatments such as full body massages and body wraps leaving me feeling pampered. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun while the sun loungers provided a comfortable spot to enjoy the garden area. the restaurant offered delicious breakfast options and a snack bar had plenty of tasty choices. Private facilities were of the highest quality and the location was excellent.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of complementary water, with guests having to pay for bottled water. this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay.

Breakfast good, but cold eggs sometimes. Big rooms, comfortable bed, but slow water. Friendly staff, but busy reception. Overall happy. Could use more children facilities. Perfect central location, Moroccan atmosphere, pool view. Quality meals.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is conveniently located in a safe area, away from the busy city center but still within walking distance of Jama El Fna square. The airport shuttle service is a great convenience, available right at the reception. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is superb, offering a wide selection that caters even to those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel could improve on its cleanliness and maintenance.

Large, firm beds and spacious rooms. Pretty decor, easy taxi access. Private transfers available. Medina center accessible by walking or inexpensive taxis.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with no effort spared to ensure that guests were well treated. The facilities were great, including multiple bars and restaurants to suit everyone's taste. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of fruits, beverages, and traditional Moroccan cuisine. The staff, especially the female receptionist, were wonderful and performed their duties to the highest possible standards. The location, just outside of the main city center at the side of a main road, provided easy access to transportation and parking.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
